We're building a high-performing sales team in the USA, and we need a driven and experienced Technical IT Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Account Executives in achieving ambitious sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
Identify and qualify new leads within targeted industries and segments.
Build and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Deliver impactful presentations showcasing our extensive product portfolio and solutions.
Negotiate and close complex deals, exceeding sales quotas consistently.
Provide expert technical guidance to clients, leveraging your IT networking and cybersecurity knowledge.
Champion and implement best practices for effective sales management.
Mentor and coach your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in IT networking or cybersecurity.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently closing deals.
Strong understanding of IT networking principles and cybersecurity concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Leadership and team management experience with proven ability to motivate and develop others.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop market-winning strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
